Our History

St. Mary Magdalene Coptic Orthodox Church is a vibrant parish serving the Coachella Valley in Southern California. As part of the Coptic Orthodox Diocese of Los Angeles, Southern California, and Hawaii, our church is guided by the apostolic faith handed down through the centuries.

Our parish was established to serve the growing Coptic Orthodox community in the desert region. Through the grace of God and the dedication of our faithful members, the church has grown into a welcoming spiritual home for families, individuals, and visitors from all backgrounds.

Our Mission

• Worship: To offer authentic Coptic Orthodox liturgical worship in the tradition of the early Church.
